Though your business has just one or two employees, how you recover from a disruption may mean the difference between satisfied clients and a failed business. In this presentation, Sue Kastan and David Ingalls will discuss some real life business disruptions and how this may relate to you and your business. We will review the many considerations involved in creating plans that help business operations return to normal as quickly as possible.
Sue Kastan, Kastan Consulting, helps businesses plan to stay in business.
