REFUND POLICY

If you find that you must cancel your registration:

Cancellations received before February 1, 2004 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received after February 1, 2004 will be refunded minus 25%.
No refunds after March 26, 2004.

Please consult your tax advisor about deducting expenses relating to this conference.
