RPCN owns a state-of-the-art PC projector that is available for member rental. The model offers just about everything a consultant needs from technology to give a professional presentation.

For more information about the projector, including technical specifications: ViewSonic PJ551. The projector was introduced at the May 28 RPCN meeting at Brighton Town Hall. Details of how to reserve and rent the projector are available in the documents below.

Any member wishing to rent the projector must first have a signed RPCN Projector Rental Agreement on file with the projector Custodian (see below) Note that the projector is reserved for all RPCN meetings at Brighton Town Hall. It can be rented on one of those dates only if it has been confirmed that the speaker does not require it.

Non-members may rent the projector under the condition that they can inform the Custodian of the name of an RPCN member who will vouch for them being a trustworthy person who will handle the projector carefully and be responsible for all damages to the projector in case there are any accidents while in their custody.

Please download and read the following documents before contacting the Custodian (see below) to rent the projector or to ask questions. The documents are in PDF format (you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read them):
  • RPCN Projector Lease Agreement: This document describes the procedure to rent the document. It also describes the duties and responsibilities of the projector renters.

  • RPCN Projector Policies and Procedures: This document contains the terms and conditions of renting the projector. The items included here are not expected to change often.

There are two volunteer Custodians, primary and secondary (backup) who have graciously agreed to house the projector in-between rentals, bring it to RPCN meetings, and perform the other duties of the role:

Custodian: Bill Vallees, (585) 755-4892 or email him at moments1@rochester.rr.com .

    Secondary Custodian
    : Dave Young, (585) 473-4866, ComSvcs@frontiernet.net .
