RPCN’s Enhancing Human CapitalTM Lunch-n-Learns are held on the third Thursday of every month. Please join us for the next installment on July 21, 2022.

Managing Change
Facilitator: Devin Floyd

Change Management consists of two sides: 1) the Logistics Side of change - planning and executing the actual work that needs to be accomplished, and 2) the People Side of change. In July’s lunch-n-learn we will focus on the People Side of change.

We will identify 4 phases of transition as identified by basic human psychology. The focus of the discussion will be on identifying these phases in employees, and providing constructive ways to help them through each phase. “The object of managing change is not to eliminate any of the phases, rather to minimize the time it takes to get through them!”

This meeting is free for everyone.

Devin is the President of NYOCON and a Past President on the Board of Directors for RPCN. He is a consultant who's vision is to see the Business World become a place where employees can thrive and enjoy working. Based on decades in Corporate IT, M&A, and serving on the Board-of-Directors for a local non-profit… he sees Leader Development as a major "missing piece" to the puzzle. His mission is to develop leaders at all levels of an organization, while helping usher in the new generation of the Business World. For fun... he is a private party chef, he loves playing music, and he enjoys having adventures outdoors in nature.
