Laurie Enos
Co-Owner Blue Lilac Marketing Group, LLC
Laurie is the Co-Owner and Marketing Communications Director of Blue Lilac Marketing Group. She has created websites for doctors, restaurants, car dealers, engineers, consultants, and trainers, and managed Public Relations campaigns for many clients such as restaurants and not-for-profits including RPCN. Social media is also her specialty. She has a BA in History from St. John Fisher College and recently added a new venture as a Buyer’s Specialist on the Dawn Nowak Team at Howard Hanna.
Laurie is a Past President of RPCN, serves as Co-Chair of the RPCN Operations Committee, and Chair of the Marketing Committee. Her marketing skill and success are obvious if you have been fortunate to attend one of her many presentations given to RPCN members, at the RPCN Boot Camp, Rochester Public Library, or the SBDC.

Tamara MacDuff
NOW Digital Marketing
The owner of NOW Digital Marketing, Tamara is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker. She hosts a radio show, “ROC Voices” or Rethinking Business: Success Sauce & 2 Pickles” on Rochester Free Radio, on WRFZ 106.3 FM. She has been a certified SCORE Mentor since 2011, and was elected the first female chair of the Rochester SCORE chapter in 2020.
Tamara became president of RPCN in 2019. She supports and works with many non-profits, such as Science Exploration Days, Coffee
Connection, Moonshadow’s Spirit, RAW: Recovery All Ways, and the grief group S.O.A.R.S.
After the heartbreak of losing her daughter, Emily, to Fentanyl poisoning in 2018, she founded YOU MATTER: The Be, Do, and Have Path Forward to help people in recovery from addiction.
Her Emily’s Blend coffee, created with the women of the Coffee Connection, is their #1 selling coffee blend, helping to bring awareness
to stopping Overdose and supporting sustainable recovery by helping to fund the organization’s operations of hiring Women in Recovery.

Dr. Deanna Kimbrel
Chief Diversity Officer, Monroe County
Dr. Deanna Kimbrel has worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner, educator, entrepreneur, and executive leader for the last 13 years. Some of her highlights and strengths include: organizational and governmental strategy, leadership development, consulting, public speaking, coaching, and corporate training. Dr. Kimbrel is a Rochester City School District graduate and also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University at Buffalo in Communication and International Business, a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Doctoral degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix.
Dr. Kimbrel works as the Chief Diversity Officer and Director of the Office of DEI for Monroe County in New York State. She previously led DEI and leadership strategies for organizations like Paychex, Sears, and Rochester Institute of Technology. Dr. Kimbrel also leads a team of consultants through Kimbrel Management Consulting that guide small-mid sized organizations through the development of structure and strategy around leadership, organizational culture, and DEI. Dr. Kimbrel has a charismatic persona and dynamic abilities which allows her to create and cultivate an inclusive environment wherever she presents and brings audiences to their feet.

Maureen Ballatori is an innovator. She's a trailblazer leading initiatives that involve brilliant strategies, smart creative, and united communities. As Founder & CEO of 29 Design Studio, a creative agency for food, beverage, and agriculture brands, Maureen leads
a talented team of creatives and strategists to help clients grow.
Maureen is also a co-owner of Port 100 Cowork with locations in Rochester and Geneva, NY. The coworking brand creates space for entrepreneurs, remote workers and startups to work collaboratively. Maureen's newest venture, Metro Collective, will launch soon. The community-building organization will unite shared spaces in Upstate NY.

Kate Meddaugh
Librarian at Rochester Public Library
Kate Meddaugh is a reference librarian in the Business Insight Center (BIC) at the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County, and is the Manager of the Carlson Center for Intellectual Property, housed in BIC. She has been a public librarian for over 20 years, spending most of those years as Manager of the Carlson Center. She holds U.S. patent # 8,533,621, and has self-published 2 books, securing a federal copyright for both. She enjoys reading and gardening, as well as spending time outdoors with her husband and six-year-old-son.

Bob Manard
Faces That Work
Bob Manard is a digital marketing powerhouse at Faces That Work, providing clients with extremely effective websites and online advertising campaigns.
Bob is a lifelong resident of Rochester, NY and holds a BS degree in Computer Science from St. John Fisher College and an MBA in Electronic Commerce from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Chair of Digital Strategy, member of the Enhancing Human Capital team, and former president of the Rochester Professional Consultants Network, Bob is also active in several other local organizations, including Mobile App Rochester, Google Rochester, WordPress Rochester, and he serves on the Tech Committee at the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.

David Finger
Computer Gardener, LLC
David Finger is the sole proprietor of Computer Gardener LLC, providing practical solutions to technology problems of all kinds to individuals and small businesses. His reputation for integrity, simple explanations and deep technical expertise have been well established over the last 30 years. No problem is too big or small, and David meets his customers where they are with regards to technical language and details. Technology is both a vocation and an avocation for David, and his hobbies include Zoom, 3D printing, private cloud solutions and more.
David also has passion and a strong background in Leadership and Team Development. As Vice President of Customer Technical Services for Pictometry/EagleView for 18 years, Training Committee Chair and Course Director for National Youth Leadership Training for Seneca Waterways Council BSA, David is constantly finding ways to contribute in these areas. The role of Vice President of RPCN enables David to find and take advantage of opportunities to serve and help others grow their own skills. In these areas, Liberating Structures is a hobby and a craft that David enjoys.
