Developing and Strengthening the Workforce

The corporate world has evolved into a system which has the practice of exploiting and depleting their workforce. This can no longer sustain itself. Instead, companies should be focused on developing and strengthening their workforce. This will lead to environments where employees can thrive and actually enjoy their jobs.
In this month’s Lunch-n-Learn, we will pose the question “What are some innovative ways companies can develop and strengthen their workforce?” We’ll start out by sharing examples that people have seen put into practice, then do some brainstorming on new practices that companies of any size can adopt.
Devin is an Executive Consultant, and a Past President on the Board of Directors for RPCN. His vision is to see the Corporate World become a place where employees can thrive and enjoy working. Based on decades in Corporate IT, M&A, and serving on the Board-of-Directors for a local non-profit… he sees Leader Development as a major "missing piece" to the puzzle. As President of NYOCON, his mission is to develop leaders at all levels of an organization, while helping usher in the new evolution of the Business World. For fun... he is a private party chef, he loves playing music, and he enjoys having adventures outdoors in nature.
