Surviving & Thriving In Today's Business Environment:

Models/Strategies/Execution

Presenter: Eric Schillinger, EJS Millennium Enterprises

The business environment today is very competitive, complex, fast and uncertain.
A recent Annual Survey of Entrepreneurs (ASE), published by the SBA Office of Advocacy, indicated that the four common items negatively impacting company profitability are: 1) taxes, 2) unpredictability of business conditions and 3) slow business or lost sales and 4) cost of financial capital.
Additional challenges revealed in PwC's 2018 21st Annual Global CEO Survey
include "The Perception of Top Threats in North America": the top 10 include: cyber threats, over-regulation, geopolitical uncertainty, terrorism, speed of technological change, increasing tax burden, availability of skills, social instability, protectionism and changing workforce demographics.
82% of the CEOs surveyed also believe that "we live in an increasingly fractured world of multiple, fragmented ecosystems".

Our interactive workshop with Eric today will focus on connecting your specific priority items--the ones where you need to close the gap between where you are and where you need to be, to survive and grow your business--with our key learning objectives.

Three key learnings the audience will take away from this program:
  1. Key Learning #1: Critical Success/Survival Items And Why They’re Important--In The Context Of A Structure To Handle Both The Internal And External Environments.
  2. Key Learning #2: How To Make Your Business Flexible Enough To Keep Up With Your Customers, The Market And Technology—In The Context Of A Structure to Handle Both The Internal And External Environments.
  3. Key Learning #3: Getting You Started Defining And Designing Your Flexible Business—In The Context Of A Structure To Handle Both The Internal And External Environments.
