Peter DeMarco of Priority Thinking has developed a framework that examines leadership decision-making and culture in two dimensions - getting it right and getting along. An organization's culture can thrive, stagnate or decline based on how leaders balance these two priorities. In this lunch-and-learn, we will learn about this framework and examine some real-world situations to help us learn how to use it to build healthier organizations.
