Becoming a Trust and Inspire Leader - Part 2

How do you get those around you to reach their full potential and be the best that they can be? You do it by trusting them and inspiring them to unleash their creativity and collaborate with others to generate better outcomes.
This meeting will continue the discussion from last Friday’s Learn from the Best presentation and as such will be centered around the concepts taught by Stephen M.R. Covey in his recent book "Trust and Inspire”. (Don’t worry if you missed Friday’s meeting; we’ll give a quick recap and the concepts discussed in the Lunch -n- Learn should stand on their own.) We’ll discuss in reasonable detail the 5 beliefs of Trust and Inspire leaders. If time permits, we’ll also discuss how we can use these concepts to build trust in our relationships.

Dave has been a Patent Agent registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office since 2004 and has helped people get patents in a wide number of fields. Dave also has a strong interest in helping others to become more effective in their interactions with their colleagues and as such has been a charter member of the RPCN Enhancing Human Capital team. He is also a current director, a past president, and a past treasurer of RPCN.
